Did you know the windows operating system bogs down over time and for most power users reformat their computers at least once per year? Some do this every six months. Reformatting gives the hard drive a clean slate, completely wiping out traces of any viruses, trojans, spywares, and malwares, leaving you with a clean hard drive to install windows onto your practically brand new computer, making it run like the day you bought it!

(for computers running slow, tons of popups, virus problems, blue screens, errors etc.)

A comprehensive diagnostics including hardware and the Operating System

virus/spyware/malware removal and preventive maint/protection

driver/software update

OS tweaks and optimizations(most computer repair services do not bother with these kind of optimizations! they simply fix the problem and send you on your way with your computer running the same sluggish speed!)

The Ugly Package – $60

(Best buy charges $200+!!! for a computer you are about ready to kick out the door! in most cases i will refer you to the first package as most problems are easy to fix. in the event that an Operating system is compromised or virus infestation is too great, this package would be recommended. also for those who have had their computer for years and would like their computer as fast as it can get)

Backup of all important files that cant be reinstalled by cd/dvd/download (even if you cant get to them because of a virus!)

Hard drive diagnostics (over the years the hard drive can fail and cause many problems causing horrible problems!)

Complete wipe of hard drive and reformat ( multiple partitions can be made upon request for no extra charge)

Installation of OS and completely updated

Installation of anti-virus/anti-spyware software

OS Tweaks and optimization

Installation of MS Office (must have key at least)

Installation of any other software

Personal files recopied to hard drive

Favorites added
